Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend the Conference, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund in accordance with the following: If a cancellation is received on or before 30 days prior to the first day of the conference, the registrant will receive a refund of the total registration amount minus a 10% administrative fee.  If a cancellation is received between 29 to 10 days prior to the first day of the conference, the registrant will receive a refund of the total registration amount minus a cancellation fee of 50%. No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 10 days before the first day of the conference. Please note there will be no refunds offered for the Viola Desmond Awards and Banquet. All cancellations requests must be sent via e-mail to Telephone requests will not be honoured.  Expect a response within five business days. The final decision on refunds rests with Ryerson University.
