Join leading regional, national and international employers in recruiting outstanding engineering and science students during this event using the Easy Virtual Fair platform. Promote your organization, present your products and services, and inform interested candidates about your application, selection and interview processes. 

Our virtual space will be separated into four individual Exhibition Halls: 

Hall 1: Science
biochemistry, biology, biomedical science, biopharmaceutical science, chemistry, environmental science, geology, mathematics and statistics, and physics programs  

Hall 2: High Tech 
electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, and computer science programs

Hall 3: Traditional Engineering
chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical mechanical engineering, and civil engineering programs

Hall 4: Spotlight on Kanata North
businesses located in the Kanata North region; a renowned hub of technology and innovation

  • A full refund will be provided if we receive a written cancellation notice at least 15 business days before the event.
  • A $150 cancellation fee will apply if we receive a written cancellation notice 3 to 14 business days prior to the event.
  • No refund will be provided if we receive a cancellation notice less than less than 3 business days before the event or if you do not attend the event.
