Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and postmarked NO LATER THAN MARCH 29, 2019. An administrative fee of $95.00 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Request notice should be sent to the registration address or e-mail ([email protected]). No cancellations will be accepted over the phone and no refunds will be given for "no shows". All substitutions must be made in writing prior to MARCH 29, 2019, or a $20 fee will be assessed to transfer registration onsite. Sorry, but absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations after APRIL 5, 2019.
