Cancellations and Refunds Policy

  • In person attendees must submit any request for refund by 11:00 p.m. PT May 4, 2022:
    • regular registration: subject to $20 processing fee;
    • student registration: subject to $10 processing fee.
  • Virtual attendees must submit any request for refund by 11:00 p.m. PT May 18, 2022:
    • regular registration: subject to $8 processing fee;
    • student registration: subject to $4 processing fee.
