CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:

Any request for cancellation must be made via mail or email. Email will not be considered received unless it is sent to [email protected] and acknowledged by a member of LDA Staff as received. Requests for cancellation must be received on or before April 15, 2023. A $25.00 registration processing fee will be deducted. There will be no refunds after April 15, 2023, however, you may be able to apply your payment to a future conference/event or transfer your registration to another person.

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

We take payment in US Funds only and payment must be made via Credit Card at the time of registration. ALL cancellation correspondence must be received by the LDA National Offices (via mail or email) no later than April 15, 2023. Admittance to the event requires a valid, paid registration for the event.

Photo Release: LDA and its legal representatives and assigns, retain the right and permission to publish, without charge, photographs taken during this event. These photographs may be used in publications, including electronic publications, or in audio-visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or in other similar ways.
