We are excited to offer FREE Yoga and Meditation Classes

YOGA
Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 11:15 am - 12:00 pm (EST)
Online - Zoom Platform

Designed for stress relief, relaxation, stretching, and building strength. Participants can bring a yoga mat but it is not required. Comfortable clothing recommended. Taught by certified Yoga instructors. All levels of experience are welcome!

Join a small team of experienced faculty and staff at Mohawk College who will be offering a virtual meditation practice. Each day, a different person will facilitate a practice that may emphasize the breath, the body, the mind or simply generalized awareness.
