Panelist Adam Creaghan (BBA'12) is a Senior Consultant with Meridia Recruitment Solutions, a KBRS company connecting leading organizations with top talent. Adam has five years’ experience in recruitment and specializes in the legal, marketing, finance/accounting, HR, and administration fields in Ontario. Adam’s strategic and analytical approach to recruitment is informed by his own diverse accounting experience having earned a CPA, CMA designation from CPA Alberta. Adam studied accounting at UNB and graduated the Bachelor of Business Administration program with first-class honours in 2012. While at UNB, Adam played on the Varsity Red’s Men’s Basketball Team.


Panelist Sheri Mersereau (BA'90) has spent the last thirty years in the field of Human Resources with one of the largest privately owned business in Atlantic Canada.  She currently holds the position of Human Resources Director for one of its operating Divisions.   In this role she is responsible for helping guide the vision to have a sustainable and engaged workforce for the future.   She has had the opportunity to work in almost every aspect of Human Resources spanning the entire Employee Life Cycle; from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards to Employee and Industrial Relations.

Sheri holds her undergraduate degree from the University of New Brunswick and Labour Relations Certificate from Queens University.  Sheri is a Chartered Professional in Human Resource (CPHR), a “Certified Six Sigma Green Belt”, a “Certified Benefits Professional Designation” (CBP) and a holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University.
