Student Demographics

We envision a racially diverse and gender-balanced experience for all participants.

Students chosen should be enthusiastic about the idea of attending workshops and speaking with new people, responsible, and willing to hear others' perspectives.

Each school may bring up to eight students and four chaperones to the conference.
