•  To receive member pricing, you must be in good standing and your organization must be up to date with dues.


  • TCAA Annual Meeting registration fees include: Welcome Reception, Annual Meeting Luncheon & Poster Reception. Guests/Spouses who are accompanying an Annual Meeting Attendee and do not wish to attend any conference sessions may be registered as a Guest, which will allow access to the Welcome Reception, Annual Meeting Luncheon and/or Poster Reception, but no other events or sessions at the conference. Please see guest registration fees.
  • Pre/Post Course registration fees are not included in the cost of registration for the TCAA Annual Meeting.
  • Registrations will be processed as submitted.
  • Registrations will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
  • Individual registration forms received at the STANDARD rate without FULL PAYMENT will be assessed a late fee if full payment is received after April 6, 2019.
  • A $50 late fee will be added to registrations/payments received after April 6, 2019.

  • By submitting a registration, attendee accepts the terms of the cancellation policy.
  • TCAA reserves the right to modify the schedule/agenda.
  • Photographs and video will be captured during the conference. You consent that your image may be used in future marketing materials.
  • Attendee understands that the views and opinions expressed at the conference may not necessarily reflect the views of TCAA, its board or its members.
