In submitting this registration, I acknowledge that the participant is physically fit and understand that participating in activities of canoeing, kayaking and swimming has inherent risks. I knowingly assume complete responsibility for all risks and release the Sydenham Lake Canoe Club, its directors, contracted staff, volunteers and the landowner from all liability arising out of participation in this program.
Please note: SLCC regrets that refunds are not available. However, you are permitted to change your child's week, or register another child in your child's place provided that you contact us by email at least five days prior to the start of their week at camp
Also, for your child's safety, we reserve the right to cancel on-water programing due to inclement weather.
If your child becomes ill with a transmittable illness, we expect that you will keep them home.
