Conference Registration

Early bird pricing will end on March 5, 2023 after which registration will be $400 for any of the attendee categories and $200 for an accompanying guest.

Note: After you have selected your registration category, you must select a working group. Your registration will not be completed if a working group is not selected.

All Conference Registration Pricing is inclusive of taxes as per below and will be reflected at check out.

Invited scholars (keynote speakers, keynote reactors, working group leaders, discussion panelists, and discussion panel chairs): $300
Regular scholars (Symposium with/out PD day): $380
Emerging scholars (no more than 6 years after PhD), graduate students, or K-12 teachers (Symposium with/out PD day): $320
Others (Symposium with/out PD day): $380
Accompanying person (Thursday dinner & keynote & reception, Friday keynote & dinner, and Saturday discussion panel & coffee break): $150

Working Group Selection

As part of your participation in the symposium, you are expected to select a working group and contribute to that group for the entire event. As you register, you will be asked to indicate which working group you wish to join. Please review the three working group descriptions on the symposium website: https://cpmath.ca/scientific-program/.

Note you may change your working group selection prior to the start of the symposium by emailing us directly ([email protected]), if your new selection is not at capacity.

Accompanying Guest

Will a guest be joining you at the Symposium?

Guest Registration ($150 until March 5th; $200 afterwards - inclusive of HST and will be reflected at checkout) includes admission to the following:

Thursday - keynote, reception and dinner
Friday - keynote and dinner
Saturday - discussion panel and coffee break

Please note that accompanying guests are limited to spouses, significant others or partners that will be accompanying any delegate. This does not include educational professionals or colleagues as these may register as a delegate.

Best Western Hotel & Conference Centre

Reservations using the link must be made by Sunday, March 26, 2023. Any reservations made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability at the prevailing rate.

If guests wish to book room types other than those listed under the group block, wish to arrive early, or they would like to extend their stay, I recommend they call the hotel directly at 1-877-688-2324 ext. 3 to make their reservations.

Hampton Inn

Stone Mill Inn

Airport Transfer

Niagara Airbus provides door-to-door service from either Pearson Airport (Toronto, Canada) or Buffalo Airport. We have secured a group rate for the Symposium that can be obtained through this link and using the code Brock Conference Groups or by calling directly to 905-374-8111.

Niagara Falls Optional Tour

On Saturday April 29th, join us for a night in Niagara Falls! This is an optional tour for delegates who wish to experience the world famous Niagara Falls by visiting Niagara City Cruises followed by dinner overlooking the beautiful Falls at Table Rock Restaurant

NOTE:
*Rates are based on a minimum of 50 guests. Tour may proceed if the minimum requirement is not met, however, additional fees may apply.
*Niagara City Cruises operation will be determined by the weather. Should the boat not be operational, this will be replaced by Journey Behind the Falls.
*Bus transportation will be provided
*Departure time 4pm and return at 10pm; complete tour details will be provided closer to the tour
*NO refunds will be provided for this tour after April 1, 2023

Changes to your registration? Login to portal

Changes to your reservation can be made by logging into the Delegate portal. The login portal and your login information will be in your confirmation email. Other questions or if you are experiencing difficulties regarding your registration can be directed to Jessica Petrella at 905 688-5550 ext. 4491 or [email protected]. Please allow 3 business days for a response.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellations received on or before Wednesday March 1, 2023 will receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received on or before Monday March 27, 2023 will receive a refund, minus a 25% of total registration cancellation fee.
Cancellations received on or before Monday April 3, 2023 will receive a refund, minus a 60% of total registration cancellation fee.
Cancellations received on or after Monday April 17, 2023 are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds cannot be granted for events not attended that are included in the registration fees. Please email cancellation notices or refund requests to Conference Services c/o Jessica Petrella at [email protected] or call 905-688-5550 ext. 4491.
