Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Requests for refunds to the event will be honoured, less a $50.00 administration fee, provided a written notice of cancellation and request for refund is received more than 10 business days prior to the event (on or before Sept. 4, 2018). No refunds will be issued within 9 business days of the first day of the event (on or after Sept. 5, 2018). In the event a registered delegate is unable to attend, he or she can send a substitution.  Forum registrations cannot be shared.  The agenda is subject to change or cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.  If this were to occur, OMSSA will only be responsible for refunding the registration fees and would not be responsible for any other costs incurred by registrants.
