Name Changes are available up until 7 days before the conference at no charge.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy: 

Refunds on cancellations received more than 30 days from an event date will be subject to a $200 administration fee per delegate. There will be no refunds on cancellations made within 30 days of an event date, however name changes will be allowed up until 7 days before an event date.
