Welcome to the registration page for the 6th Annual Medicine by Design Symposium. Below are some notes for general registrants and poster submission applicants.   

Symposium Day 1: December 9 - 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Symposium Day 2: December 10 - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

General Registrants: 

·     If you are not submitting a poster application, please check “no” once you reach the Poster Submission question at the bottom of the form 

·     You may cancel your event registration at any time  

Poster Submission Applicants:   

·      If you are submitting a poster application please check “yes” once you reach the Poster Submission question at the bottom of this form 

·      Only trainees in Medicine by Design-funded labs are eligible to submit poster abstracts

·      Only one poster submission per Medicine by Design lab

·      Abstracts must focus on outcomes of past or current Medicine by Design-funded projects

·       Deadline for submission is 11:59 p.m. on October 19th  

·       The poster session will take place on December 9 from 12:25p.m. to 1:30p.m.

Cancellations Policy

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to [email protected]Registrations are not transferable.

The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
