Adapting to change in the workplace: What a pandemic can teach us

Jan 27, 2021, 12:00 - 1:00 pm (AST)

In this session, alumnus Kevin Ferguson will discuss how he has seen COVID-19 impact the workplace for employees and employers alike, and will explore how the pandemic may also shape the future of work. Kevin is a management consultant and Certified Change Management Practitioner, who has spent most of his career helping organizations to enact change. He will draw on his experiences to share stories, provide advice and engage in conversation with participants.

Over his 25-year career, he has lived and worked in the Maritimes, Ontario and the U.S. Currently based in Fredericton, his clients include technology firms, universities, and software companies and his focus is on helping clients to implement transformational change, both large and small - scale. Today, like many, he spends most of his time in his home office trying to perfect the lighting and audio-visual quality of online meetings. Outside of work, Kevin teaches business strategy in UNB's TME program and is a past president of the Associated Alumni.
