Refunds and Cancellations

Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or purchase order is required at time of registration.
No refunds will be provided.

If a participant is unable to attend, you have the option to transfer the registration to another person by contacting Jennifer,
 [email protected]

Should a session be canceled, AAC will offer a credit for the registration fee to:
  1. register for a different AAC open session,  
  2. make a purchase in the AAC book store, or
  3. refunds available upon request.
