Acknowledgement of Risk Form: A participant Acknowledgement of Risk and Medical form must be filled out by each participant and signed by the child's parent or legal guardian. Any registrants who do not submit this form will not be able to attend camp. The form will be attached to your confirmation email.

Illness Policy: There is zero tolerance for any child attending camp while sick or exhibiting any cold or flu like symptoms. If you child is ill, do not send them to camp. If your child develops symptoms while at camp, they will be separated from the group and sent home.

What to Bring: Please be prepared! Events are outdoors and run in all weather conditions (unless the weather is a safety concern ie: winds, lightning). Please make sure all participants have appropriate clothing and footwear for all weather conditions (ie: waterproof clothing, running shoes, hiking shoes and/or boots, gloves, hats, and a change of clothes for after the activities). Inappropriate clothing and footwear may result in the participant sitting out. A more detailed packing list can be downloaded above.

Food and beverages are not provided. Please send your child with a lunch, snacks (peanut free), and water.

Electronics and Personal Toys: Electronics and personal toys are prohibited at Wild & Immersive camps. If it is necessary for the child to have an electronic for safety reasons (ie: a cell phone), it must stay in the child's bag during camp activities.

Arriving for Camp: Please park in our public parking lot, and make your way to sign-in at the Wild & Immersive cabin on the left side of the main road.

Washrooms: The washroom for our camp is an outdoor porta potty. Please ensure you’ve discussed using a porta potty with your child and they are comfortable with this. If needed, walk with your child over to the porta potty before the start of camp so they can become familiar with it.

Early Arrivals/ Late Departures: Camps start at 8:30am and ends at 3:00pm. Please make arrangements for your child to be dropped off and picked up at these times. Children may arrive 5 minutes prior to camp start, but there is no supervision past 3:00pm. If your child is picked up past 3:10pm, you will be charged for our staff's time ($1 per minute).

Participation and Behavior: The safety of each individual at the camp is of the utmost importance. Any behavior of the registrant that places him/herself or others at risk may result in the registrant's immediate dismissal from the program. If dismissed from the program, the parent/guardian accepts any costs associated with the dismissal. No refund will be granted for any registrant who is dismissed from a camp. Refunds will not be granted to registrants who refuse to participate in the programs.

By registering your child for this camp, you are acknowledging that you have read the above camp policies.
