Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be provided if we receive a written cancellation notice at least 15 business days before the event.
  • A $150 cancellation fee will apply if we receive a written cancellation notice 3 to 14 business days prior to the event.
  • No refund will be provided if we receive a cancellation notice less than less than 3 business days before the event or if you do not attend the event.
