A few weeks before the event, the Content Manager will receive the User Guide, along with a Booth Information Checklist, which is a list of the possible virtual resources you may upload to your kiosk to make it as interactive as possible.
We recommend that the Content Manager gathers these items ahead of time, to ensure a quick & easy set up:
1. Company description (20,000 characters or less)
2. Job offers (external weblink, video link, 20,000 characters, photos)
3. Videos (you can upload up to 5 promotional videos, YouTube or Vimeo only)
4. Documents (Word or PDF formats)
5. Web resources (additional external links)
6. Social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
7. Booth banner - vertical (dimensions: 297 x 560 only .jpg format is allowed.)
8. Booth poster - horizontal (dimensions: 630 x 345 only .jpg format is allowed.)
9. Organization profile logo (dimensions: 205 x 115 pixels, format = .jpg, max file size = 5Mb)
10. Organization logo (dimensions: 230 x 100 pixels, format = .jpg, max file size = 5Mb)
