Following the recommendation of B.C.'s provincial health officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, calling for the cancellation of any gathering of more than 250 people, we have decided to cancel the Festival of Learning. For people who have registered for the festival already, we will be issuing a full refund for your registration.
