A design sprint workshop, originally developed at Google Ventures, is a “greatest hits” of design thinking, strategy, innovation, behavioral science and more — packaged into a battle-tested process that any team can use.
In three consecutive 45-minute modules, you will learn the principles of design sprints commonly used in tech organizations, and how to apply them in non-tech organizations. The structure of the workshop is as follows:

1) Knowing where to start: What is the challenge you face? Who should participate in the sprint? What do we need to know about the people we serve?

2) Developing solutions: What should inspire you/your organization? How might we solve the challenge? What is the most promising approach?

3) Prototyping and testing: How can you get useful data as quickly as possible? What’s the best way to gauge the response to ideas? What should you do next?

Who will benefit from this workshop?
