Cancellation Policy

All refund requests submitted at least 30 days prior to the event (November 9, 2020) will be granted in full. Requests submitted between 14-30 days (November 9 - 25, 2020) prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Any refund request that is submitted less than 14 days (November 25, 2020) prior to the event will not be issued. 

You may transfer your registration to another person or another MemberClicks training event at any time without penalty provided you inform us by email at [email protected].
