Description:

CPABC Vancouver Chapter, in collaboration with the CPABC, is hosting a networking and information session about the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (“The Award”). 

The Award is a self-development leadership program available to young people aged 14 to 24, regardless of background, circumstances or abilities.  Participants develop and achieve goals in four activity areas: skill development, volunteering, physical activity, and an adventurous journey in nature. 

This event is open to all CPABC members, CPA candidates, students, and alumni of The Award (having completed the bronze, silver or gold level awards), CPABC members who are parents of young people interested in the program, general members and their respective guests who are interested in participating or supporting The Award.    

Attend this complimentary reception to: 

- Meet other Award alumni;

- Meet with Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - BC and Yukon Division staff to find out more about how you or your child can get involved in the program; and

- Find out more about participating or supporting this program in your workplace or community.

This is a free event but a no charge fee of $20 will apply for no shows.
