Cancellations and Refunds Policy  Cancellations received by December 15, 2019  will be eligible for a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.  Refunds between December 16  – January 3 will qualify for 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after January 4, 2020.  Delegate substitution is permitted with prior written notice to Connect Dot Management Inc.
