CIU's AGM welcomes underwriters for 3 excellent days of professional development featuring timely topics, iconic industry speakers and an exceptional networking opportunity!

CIU REGISTRATION FORM (below) is to be completed for each Registrant Delegate. Complete all mandatory fields on CIU's e-Ply Registration Form.


Delegates have the option to Register for the 3 day seminar JUNE 8, 9 & 10, 2021 (@ 9:30-12:00PM EST each day), 

or select to attend a single or multiple days: Day 1: Tuesday, June 8th; Day 2: Wednesday, June 9th or Day 3: Thursday, June 10th 2021 (@ 9:30-12:00PM EST each day). 

 

Fees are listed below and apply per person, inclusive. Please purchase one individual Registration ticket per attendee for seminar attendance and. Please no sharing of 3 Day Seminar Registrations.

Once a Registration Form is completed and submitted you will receive a brief e-mail message confirming Registration. You will also receive a PDF confirmation which will include all the Registration details, including a summary of fees.

You may use this communiqué as an INVOICE, or contact the administrator via e-mail for a CIU invoice.


Seminar Registrations and payments must be received by June 4, 2021.

    FEE: $250.00 CDN inclusive

    2 CE CREDITS
    FEE: $100.00 CDN inclusive
  • Seminar - Day 2 Registration: Wednesday, June 9, 2021, includes 2 seminar sessions. 
    2 CE CREDITS
    FEE: $100.00 CDN inclusive
  • Seminar - Day 3 Registration: Thursday, June 10, 2021, includes 2 seminar sessions.

  2. Cheque payable to Canadian Institute of Underwriters. If you elect to pay by Cheque, please include a copy of the PDF Registration Form that will be emailed to each Registrant, along with the cheque mailed or couriered
  3. EFT (if company is an approved partner of CIU on this payment program)
