Catholic High School Entrance Exam - Accommodation

The test date with accommodation is October 26, 2019 at 8:30am.  There is no make-up exam with accommodations.

The registration deadline for taking the test with accommodations is September 27, 2019. Registration and accompanying documentation for taking the test with accommodations must be post marked by September 27, 2019.
 
If you wish to register for both the regular exam and the exam with accommodations, you will need to complete a second registration without accommodations.

Once you complete the application form online, your registration application will be processed. Once processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your unique registration number and location of test center where you should report to take the test.

You must BRING A COPY OF THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL to the test center when you come to take the exam.

Note that registrants who choose to pay by check will not be processed until your check has been received and clears.

Payments made by check must be postmarked by September 27, 2019.
