Cancellations and Refunds Policy 
Registration fees will be refunded less a 20% administration fee with notice of cancellation being received at Innovative Conferences & Communications (in writing only to hreid@innovcc.ca), no later than October 12, 2018. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be made but notice must be received in writing at Innovative Conferences & Communications no later than November 2, 2018.
