Blueprint for OASIS Accuracy provides a comprehensive look at the OASIS items, including the OASIS D1 revisions and OASIS-related PDGM information effective January 1, 2020. It is targeted for field data collectors, their supervisors, OASIS educators and reviewers, quality improvement staff and those preparing for the COS-C Exam.

You'll also learn the principles necessary to succeed on the COS-C exam, which is being offered optionally at the same location (on October 13). This voluntary certificate examination is for those interested in demonstrating and establishing their expertise and commitment to OASIS data accuracy.

HCA will be adhering to all current NYS and CDC guidelines for COVID safety protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning experience. Along with social distancing, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols will be in place. Unvaccinated attendees will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the program. If you are vaccinated please bring proof of vaccination for visual verification at registration check-in.


Individuals requiring special arrangements as stated in the Americans with Disabilities Act, should notify HCA at least 48 hours prior to the program.


Refunds will be issued for those that cancel the workshop by September 27, less a 25% administrative fee. Substitutions are permitted for the workshop. Cancellations must be received in writing via email at [email protected] .
