How does COVID potentially impact my registration?

We will follow an alternate cancellation policy while COVID is a factor. In the event a retreat is cancelled because of social distancing or other COVID-related issues you will be contacted with a choice of refund or rollover of retreat fees or an alternate delivery option designed to help your team move forward in the Battle process. For all other cancellations our standard policy is in effect.

Photo Use Policy:

Wellspring Group periodically takes group or individual photos at retreats. These may be used in informational pieces or posted on Facebook or other social media outlets. Images will not be sold and can be removed upon the request of the participant. Please indicate whether you are okay with the potential use of photos that include you as outlined here

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made at least 90 days before a retreat we will issue a refund minus a $50 registration fee or roll over the entire registration fee toward another retreat.
For cancellation made one to three months (31 to 89 days) prior to a retreat, we will issue a refund minus a $50 registration fee and any non-refundable charges incurred with the retreat centre or roll over the entire fee minus any non-refundable charges incurred with the retreat centre.
For cancellations made 30 days or less from the retreat we are unable to issue a refund or roll over any portion of your fees.
