CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel your registration, refunds, less a 20% cancellation fee are available until March 24, 2023. After March 24, 2023, no refunds will be made.

Refund requests must be made by email to [email protected]. 

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time without penalty provided you inform the Texas EMS Educators Summit by email.
