One of the most important activities of Texas BOMA is our involvement in the legislative and regulatory process. Statewide Legislative Advocacy Day is one of our best opportunities to communicate real estate legislative concerns in a unified fashion to our State Representatives and Senators. It is again time for Texas BOMA members to unite to help ensure your important issues receive attention in Austin, and to maintain ongoing relationships with legislators and their key staff.

Cancellations
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before February 7, 2023. No refunds will be granted after February 7, 2023. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrants to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact Texas BOMA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions
Substitute attendees may be named prior to February 15, 2023. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
