SCSPLS is excited to announce the 2023 SCSPLS Convention and Technical Conference at the Double Tree by Hilton in Columbia, SC.

The 2023 SCSPLS Convention and Technical Conference is offering sponsorships and a variety of exhibitor options, which offers you the best way to market your goods and services.  

If you have products and services you want Surveyors to use, or if you have software that would serve either the consultant or the transportation department, we strongly urge you to participate in the 2023 SCSPLS Convention and Technical Conference. If you want to showcase your firm, sponsoring and/or exhibiting is the way to go. Below is a description of the sponsorships and exhibit options. 

The 2022 SCSPLS Convention and Technical Conference will be back in person and will be held at the Double Tree by Hilton in Columbia, SC. We believe you will discover better results for your exhibit investment dollars by exhibiting at the only SCSPLS trade show event of this year. In years past, we have averaged approximately 300 attendees at this convention and education conference.  We are still trying to build back to this size.  We hope to be close this year.

The exhibits will be back in the Ball Room of the DoubleTree.

The Trade Show exhibit set-up begins Wednesday, February 22, 2023. Exhibits will open for viewing beginning with breakfast and coffee with exhibitors at 7:00 AM on Thursday, February 23 until after lunch on Friday, February 24, 2023. We encourage you to exhibit this year and take advantage of this new and exciting opportunity provided by SCSPLS for you and your company.

Trade Show:   The 8’ x 10’ booth price includes: space rental, one 8’ table, two chairs, and basic registration for two (2) exhibit representatives from your company for each booth. Each registered representative from your company may participate in morning coffee with the attendees, lunch, and breaks on Thursday and Friday.  No refunds will be made on booth spaces cancelled after February, 2023 unless space is sold.

Conference Sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Beverage Bag, Lanyard, Wi-Fi Levels, Break and Exhibitor

Platinum Sponsor: $5,000.00 (1 available)

· Four (4) Conference registrations

· Two booths (2) 8’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables (first come, first served),

· Lunch recognition (a 3-4 minute infomercial for your company during the lunch),

· Signage during the event, and recognition on the SCSPLS website and newsletters with link to your site

Gold Sponsors: $3,500.00

· Three (3) Conference registrations,

· One (1) 8’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables (first come, first served),

Silver Sponsors: $2,500.00

· Two (2) Conference registrations,

Wi-Fi Sponsor: $1,200.00 (1 available)

· Wi-Fi Password will be your companies name, so everyone will put it in to access wi-fi

· Signage saying you are wi-fi sponsor and your company name as password

Thursday Lunch: $1,700.00 (1 available)

· This sponsorship includes one full conference registration, complementary trade show booth and the opportunity to fully participate with conference attendees

Break: $500.00 each

· Break sponsors receive additional event signage during the breaks.

Trade Show Exhibit

Trade Show Booth - $700.00 for PAID SCSPLS Members, $900 for Non Members (first come, first served after sponsors requests are honored)

· Includes 8 ft. table – Two (2) attendees for the Conference Sessions, Breaks, Meals and Reception

Gold, Silver or Bronze Level sponsors AND Trade Show Booths may purchase additional annual meeting registrations for $150 each which includes meals, breaks, sessions and PDH’s. For those interested in just meals-breakfast, lunch and breaks, the price is $50.00.
