STUDENT REGISTRATION RATES
Student Member Registration: CAHSPR student members who have paid their student membership fees through to May 31, 2023 may take advantage of the member conference registration rate. If your CAHSPR student membership expires after your registration date but prior to the conference you will need to renew your student membership in order to remain at the CAHSPR member registration rate.

Student Non-Member Registration: Registration for students who are not CAHSPR members and do not wish to join CAHSPR at the time of registration

Notes: To qualify for student rates, you must be registered as a full-time student. Post-doctorate fellows do not qualify for student rates.
• Registration for the conference is only available for one day or for the full conference. Two day registrations are not available.

Justice Emmett Hall Memorial Foundation

The Justice Emmett Hall Memorial Foundation (www.hallfoundation.ca) celebrates excellence in health services and policy research through the Justice Emmett Hall Laureate (who gives a keynote address at the CAHSPR annual conference), the MacNaught-Taillon Leadership Award, and the student essay competition. The awards are made possible by the charitable donations of individuals who share the commitment of advancing the ideals of Canada’s universal health insurance programs.

Cancellation Policy (In-Person or Virtual Attendance)
As we return to in-person events, we want you to know your safety is our priority. We are proceeding with in-person gatherings in accordance with all health and safety guidelines for large gatherings. If, at any time, it is determined that the event will not take place in-person in May 2023 due to government-implemented health guidelines, the in-person participants will have the option to receive a full refund. No liability is assumed by the CAHSPR for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. CAHSPR reserves the right to cancel this event, if deemed necessary, and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.

Cancellations up until April 29, 2023 will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after April 29, 2023 are non-refundable.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the conference secretariat at [email protected].
