Attestation and Waiver for Conference Registrants

We (the registrant and any additional attendees) attest that by the time of admittance to the conference we will be in compliance with existing Public Health Orders regarding proof of vaccination. We understand that all members of our party, 12 years of age and older, will be required to be vaccinated and show proof of such vaccination and picture ID to gain admittance to the conference. In the event proof of vaccination is unable to be produced by any attendee, that attendee will not be permitted to enter the conference. 

We further agree to release the Business Improvement Areas of BC (“BIABC”) & International Downtowns Association ("IDA") and its respective officials, officers, employees, volunteers and agents, of any and all claims that may arise from attendance at the event which may arise as a result of COVID-19. I confirm that I have spoken to all members of my party and I confirm that they are all in agreement with the terms herein which I have explained to them. I also confirm my understanding that the BIABC & IDA are relying on my acknowledgement as set out herein that I have obtained such confirmation from all other members of my party.
