Cancellations
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before March 1, 2023. No refunds will be granted after March 1, 2023. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrants to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact ASHE Region 6 via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions
Substitute attendees may be named prior to March 17, 2023. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.

Liability Waiver and Photo Release
Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the 2023 ASHE Region 6 Annual Conference. Attendee hereby releases, covenant not to sue, discharges, or holds harmless ASHE Region, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

ASHE Region 6 retains the right and permission to publish, without further charge, photographs and videos taken during this event. These photographs and videos may be used in publications, including electronic publication, audio-visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising or similar ways. By participating in this event, attendee voluntarily consents to be recorded and/or photographed by ASHE Region 6.
