COVID-19 Update

After much discussion and consideration, the TCC Planning Committee has decided to postpone the 2020 TCC Annual Conference in consideration of the need for our members to manage their responses to Coronavirus (COVID-19) within their campuses, communities and organizations. We understand and support our members and the need to respond effectively to community concerns. Once the COVID-19 threat has subsided, we will work with our committee to reschedule the event. The COVID-19 situation remains uncertain and fluid and our goal is to respond in a way that best meets the health and safety needs of our membership and their families. 

We will follow up within the next two weeks regarding how we plan to proceed, including further communication regarding the handling of registration and sponsorship fees. Please contact the hotel directly if you require a room cancellation. Attendees are also responsible for managing any other travel reservations.


REGISTRATION 

The Texas Connection Consortium and education co-sponsor Ellucian work together to provide Texas-specific solutions saving time and money for the members of the Texas Connection Consortium. This unique and collaborative approach enables consortium members to meet their state reporting needs with minimal cost and effort. The TCC association is comprised of 40 state universities, colleges, and community college districts sharing the resources of a single solution center.

A room block is available for conference attendees and vendor representatives at the conference hotel.

You must reserve your room directly with the Westin no later than Friday, May 1, 2020 in order to secure the negotiated conference rate. We encourage you to book your room promptly- rooms are subject to availability.

Registration will open at 8:00 am on Wednesday, May 27 in the Navarro Ballroom Foyer. 
The CIO/Executive Meeting half day session will be held May 27 from 8:30-11:30 am in the Villa Room.
Opening lunch will begin at 11:30 am in the Navarro Ballroom. 
Concurrent breakout sessions and exhibits will begin at 1 pm. 
The conference will conclude at noon on Friday, May 29.
Dress for the conference is business casual.
