SCSPLS is excited to announce the 2020 SCSPLS Convention and Technical Conference at the Double Tree by Hilton, Columbia SC.

Trade Show Exhibit Registration: $700.00 for Members, $900 for Non-Members (Includes 2 exhibitors per booth) – Thursday, February 27 and Friday, February 28, 2020. 

The 2020 SCSPLS Convention and Education Conference held at the Double Tree by Hilton, Columbia, SC. We believe you will discover better results for your exhibit investment dollars by exhibiting at the only SCSPLS trade show event of this year. We average approximately 200 attendees at this convention and education conference. The Trade Show exhibit set-up begins Wednesday, February 26, 2020. Exhibits will open for viewing beginning with breakfast and coffee with the exhibitors at 7:00 AM on Thursday, February 27, 2020 and runs through the end of day on Friday, February 28, 2020. Aside from the normal exposure, we will have a one hour Exhibitor happy hour on Thursday evening. We encourage you to exhibit this year and take advantage of this new and exciting opportunity provided by SCSPLS for you and your company.

All exhibit space will be allocated on a first-come, first choice basis, keeping in mind the best interests of the Convention as a whole.  Your booth selection will be assigned in the order we receive the original application with payment.  No phone or email requests will be made on choice of booth space.  Where duplicate space requests are received at the same time, a drawing will be held to decide assignments. Design of trade show floor set up is not to be changed by any vendor.  Exhibits shall be constructed so that they do not obstruct the general view or hide the exhibits of others.  No booth shall be more than 8 feet high without the written permission of the Society.  No exhibitor may have displays of equipment in the front one-half of their booth that will interfere with the aisles or sight lines of other booths.  The exhibits are not to be dismantled before 3:00 PM on Friday, February 28, 2020.   The 8’ x 10’ booth price includes: space rental, one 8’ table, two chairs, and basic registration for two (2) exhibit representative from your company for each booth. Each registered representative from your company may participate in morning coffee with the attendees, lunch and breaks on Thursday and Friday and the Thursday evening Exhibitor Social.  No refunds will be made on booth spaces cancelled after January 28, 2020 unless space is sold.


If you choose to become a Trade Show exhibitor, your company logo will be included in all conference brochures, recognition on the SCSPLS website with a link to company site, recognition in the SCSPLS newsletters and event signage at the conference. Registration also includes two people for the Thursday Trade Show Reception and lunches on Thursday and Friday. 

Conference Sponsorship

Sponsorship is divided into several categories.  According to the level of sponsorship, sponsors receive a variety of additional conference incentives. All sponsorships receive the following: company logo will be included in all conference brochures, logo will appear on the SCSPLS website with a link to your company website for one year, six months listing on the organization’s newsletters and event signage at the conference.

Platinum Sponsor: $5,000.00   (1 available)

  • Four (4) Conference registrations
  • Two booths (2) 8’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables (first come, first served),
  • Lunch recognition (a 3-4 minute infomercial for your company during the lunch),

Gold Sponsors: $3,500.00

  • Three (3) Conference registrations,

  • Wi-Fi Password will be your companies name, so everyone will put it in to access wi-fi

Thursday Lunch: $1,700.00 – Thursday, Feb 27, 2020

  • This sponsorship includes one full conference registration, complementary trade show booth and the opportunity to fully participate with conference attendees

Break: $500.00 each

  • Break sponsors receive additional event signage during the breaks.

 Trade Show Exhibit

Trade Show Booth - $700.00 for PAID SCSPLS Members, $900 for Non Members (first come, first served after sponsors requests are honored)

  • Includes 8 ft. table – booth may be manned by two company representatives. For this fee ($700) only one exhibitor may participate fully in the program. If another representative wishes to participate, the fee is $150.00 each
  • Two (2) attendees for the Conference Sessions, Breaks, Meals and Reception

 

Gold, Silver or Bronze Level sponsors AND Trade Show Booths may purchase additional annual meeting registrations for $150 each which includes meals, breaks, sessions and PDH’s.  For those interested in just meals-breakfast, lunch and breaks, the price is $50.00.
