Hotel Reservations

The conference will be held at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, a full-service resort hotel steps from shopping, entertainment, and restaurants at Disney Springs. A special group room rate of $195 USD nightly (plus $20 daily resort fee, occupancy taxes and fees) has been secured provided that you make your reservation while there is still availability.

2020 CXPA Global Insight Exchange Cancellation and Refund Policy:

 All refunds are subject to CXPA approval, as well as administrative and transaction fees.

-Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to Insight Exchange start date will be refunded 100% of the registration fee less an administrative fee.

-Cancellations received between 8 - 20 days prior to Insight Exchange start date will be refunded 50% of the registration fee less an administrative fee.

-Cancellations made 7 or less days prior to start of Insight Exchange start date will not be refunded.
