The conference will be held at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, a full-service resort hotel steps from shopping, entertainment, and restaurants at Disney Springs. Pre-Conferenece Workshop Option

Cravety: Revolutionizing CX through Employee Experience: How to Use Behavioral and Data Science to Take Action

Join us April 27th from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM for an additional pre-conference workshop

In an industry first, this session will apply the behavioral and data science of intrinsic motivation to experience design.

Beginning with EX, participants will go through a unique journey mapping exercise applying intrinsic motivators.. This new starting point will help organizations deliver a hyper-personalized experience, the future of work. Participants will also be introduced to an experience maturity model to leverage in their own organization to better understand areas in need of more focus and improvement across CX and EX.
