The 2019 ACEC-SC/SCDOT Annual Meeting & Trade Show is a collaboration between ACEC-SC and SCDOT. 

This year’s event will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.   

This meeting began 22 years ago with the purpose of interaction between the engineering consulting community and SCDOT employees.   The meeting continues to grow annually.  In 2018, almost 600 attended the meeting.

The 22nd Annual ACEC-SC/SCDOT Meeting provides up to 6 PDH with full participation and includes updates from SCDOT and FHWA as well as 3 tracks dealing with Transportation.

As in years past, the conference will have a representative from Toys for Tots at the event.  Please bring a toy donation.  We would like to beat last year’s number of almost 200.

Schedule:

8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Registration and Breakfast

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Opening Remarks with FHWA and SCDOT Updates

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Visit with Vendors

10:00 AM – 11:50 AM: Concurrent Sessions

Noon – 1:30 PM: Lunch with Keynote Speaker

1:40 PM – 3:30 PM: Concurrent Sessions

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Visit with Vendors

4:00 PM – 4:50 PM – General Session

4:50 – 5:45 PM - Reception
