2019 ACEC-SC/SCDOT Annual Meeting and Trade Show Sponsorship Registration

The 2019 ACEC-SC/SCDOT Annual Meeting & Trade Show is offering sponsorships and a variety of exhibitor options, which should give you the best way to market your goods and services.  This year’s event will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.

*** Attention, exhibit space upstairs is sold out. Booths will be assigned by a first come first serve/sponsorship level basis.  Registration and lunch are held downstairs, and we will put refreshments downstairs to push traffic to downstairs exhibitors***

Attendees are SCDOT engineers and consulting engineers that work with and for the SCDOT. If you have products and services you want the DOT and the consultants to use, or if you have software that would serve either the consultant or the transportation department well, you want to be at this annual meeting and trade show. If you want to showcase your firm, sponsoring and/or exhibiting is the way to go.  Below is a description of the sponsorships and exhibit options.  In keeping with our custom, ACEC-SC Member Firms and Affiliate Members are discounted $200 on sponsor or exhibitor fees.

As an ACEC-SC member or affiliate member you may participate in all ACEC-SC functions, including PAC functions, spring scholarship golf tournament, the winter meeting, legislative reception, Engineering Excellence Awards at member prices.

Sponsorship Options – Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Bag, Lanyard, & Wi-Fi Levels

Platinum Sponsor: $5,000.00   (1 available)

  • Four (4) annual meeting registrations,
  • Two booths (2) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served),
  • Lunch recognition (a 3-4 minute infomercial for your company during the lunch),

    ·         After Conference Reception Sponsor – Reception following the Conference

    ·         Signage during the event, full page ad in conference program and recognition on the ACEC-SC website and newsletters with link to your site.

    Gold Sponsors: $3,500.00

  • Three (3) annual meeting registrations,
  • One (1) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served),
  • Name Badge Sponsor

·         Signage during the event, ½ page ad in conference program and recognition on the ACEC-SC website and newsletters with link to your site.

Silver Sponsors: $2,500.00

  • Three (3) annual meeting registrations,
  • One (1) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables1-32 (first come, first served),
  • Break Recognition Sponsor

    ·         Signage during the event and recognition on the ACEC-SC website and newsletters with link to your          site.

    Bronze Sponsors: $1,500.00

    ·         Two (2) annual meeting registrations,

  • One (1) 6’ Table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables1-32 (first come, first served)
  • Signage during the event

Bag Sponsor: SOLD

  • Tote bags with your company’s logo printed on them for all attendees (ACEC-SC will have them printed)
  • Singage during the event

Lanyard Sponsor: SOLD

  • Lanyards made with your company’s logo printed on for all attendees (ACEC-SC will have these made)
  • Signage during Event

Wi-Fi Sponsor: SOLD

  • Wi-Fi Password will be your company’s name, so everyone will put it in to access wi-fi
  • Signage saying you are wi-fi sponsor and your company name as password

Trade Show Exhibit Option - Trade Show Booth - $700.00 (first come, first served after sponsors requests are honored)

  • Includes 6 ft. table – booth may be manned by two company representatives.For this fee ($700) only one exhibitor may participate fully in the program.If another representative wishes to participate, the fee is $150.00 each
  • One (1) attendee for the Annual Meeting

Gold, Silver or Bronze Level sponsors AND Trade Show Booths may purchase additional annual meeting registrations for $150 each which includes meals, breaks, sessions and PDH’s.  For those interested in just meals-breakfast, lunch and breaks, the price is $50.00.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received before November 24, 2019. You will receive a 50% refund if your booth space can be resold. All cancellations must be in writing. NO refunds after November 24, 2019.
